Common questions.

A reconstruction is a single processing job that turns your raw capture (video, images, or LiDAR) into a structured 3D scene with a queryable scene graph. Each capture you process uses one reconstruction credit.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can purchase additional reconstruction credits on demand at any time. Extra credits never expire and work across all plan tiers.

Launch tier retains scene data for 7 days. Core retains for 90 days. Max retains indefinitely. You can export your data at any time regardless of tier.

Percept accepts standard video formats (MP4, MOV), image sequences (JPEG, PNG, TIFF), LiDAR point clouds (LAS, LAZ), and satellite imagery. Any sensor that produces one of these formats is compatible.

Yes. API access is included in Core and Max tiers. Launch tier does not include API access. See the API documentation for endpoints, SDKs, and rate limits.
